Li Bin, Chair of College Committee was invited to attend the International Chinese Language Education Conference and deliver a speech at a parallel forum.

On December 8th, the 2022 International Chinese Language Education Conference and Exchange Week, themed "Building a New Pattern of High-Quality International Chinese Language Education Development," was launched in Beijing. Vice Premier of the State Council, Sun Chunlan, attended the conference and delivered a keynote speech. The conference was attended by nearly 1,800 representatives from various sectors, including government departments, schools, enterprises, and Chinese language education institutions from over 90 countries and regions, through a combination of online and offline methods.

On December 10th, the parallel forum of the 2022 International Chinese Language Education Conference, "The Forum on the Construction of the 'Chinese Language Alliance' Brand," jointly organized by the Center for China and Foreign Language Exchange and Cooperation and the Chinese Language Alliance, was held at the National Conference Center through a combination of online and offline methods. Li Bin, Chair of College Committee was invited as a guest to attend the online conference and delivered a speech on the theme of "Practicing the New Model of 'Chinese Language + Vocational Skills' Development and Focusing on Building High-level Vocational Colleges for International Chinese Language Education."

Song Yongbo, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Center for China and Foreign Language Exchange and Cooperation, attended the forum and gave a speech. 42 representatives from 10 countries, including China, the United States, Greece, the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Austria, Brazil, Guinea, and Ghana, including academic leaders, experts, teachers and students, and enterprise representatives, conducted extensive discussions around the four topics of "joint construction, joint action, joint creation, and joint development."
