The 22nd China International Education Conference was held in Beijing from October 21st to 24th, 2021. On October 22nd, the general assembly of the 2021 China International Education Symposium was held at the Beijing International Convention Center, with the theme of "Fostering new opportunities, starting a new chapter, and building an open, high-quality education system". The conference analyzed and studied the implementation path of education's high-quality development through opening up to the outside world in the new era, and outlined a new blueprint for global education cooperation. Liu Limin, the president of the China Education Association for International Exchange, presided over the opening ceremony, and Huai Jinpeng, the Secretary of the Party Committee and Minister of the Chinese Ministry of Education, delivered the opening speech.

As a special guest, President Li Bin attended the "2021 International Symposium on Vocational and Technical Education". The symposium, with the theme of "Enhancing the adaptability of vocational and technical education and promoting the construction and cooperation of the Belt and Road", was attended by nearly 300 representatives from more than 200 vocational colleges and industry enterprises across the country.
